Recent Projects

We always love seeing how our stone has been used.

Given its durability, natural beauty and resilience, it’s no surprise that our Clipsham limestone has been specified for many prestigious projects. These include King’s College Chapel in Cambridge, Worcester College and Magdalen College in Oxford, York Minster, Windsor Castle, Jesus College, University Arms, Cambridge’s oldest hotel and notably Ripon College in Oxfordshire which won a prize in the 2013 RIBA Awards.

Using the past to build the future

Seeing our stone in situ is always very satisfying. Take a look below to see some of our most recent projects, which we’ve conveniently split by sector. We’re delighted to have helped build, restore and preserve some truly amazing buildings.

One of the benefits of natural stone is its diversity. As a result, it looks just as beautiful in iconic settings and cityscapes as in rural environments. In recent years, we’ve contributed to some very ambitious design projects led by renowned architects. In addition, we’ve provided stone for the next generation of homes across the UK (more about those in Housebuilders).

We’re the supplier of choice for many Conservation and Restoration projects. Self-builders choose us for our flexibility and willingness to help find solutions to common issues. Commercial clients tell us we’re adept at giving robust advice on what works practically. You’re in safe hands. Come to us for advice or guidance on any building project.

In addition, you can find out about some of our most prestigious projects in greater depth and detail at Case Studies.

So if you’re thinking of improving, extending or building from scratch, please give us a call on 01780 740970. You can request a sample of our wonderful stone or download a brochure here.
